The room was modern and recently refurbished. The hotel offers very fast internet and an iron for convenience. The location is great and easy, close to the hotel's restaurant, the Terminal on arrival, and the motorway junction.

The room was reasonably large and airy, with good bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer and fresh towels in the bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed nice design, very pleasant and amazingly nice staff especially the manager on night on 26 June 2017. The location was good, next to a restaurant in the town, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. I ate in the grill restaurant nearby.

Wonderful and clean hotel with outstanding food and outstandingly accommodating staff. High-speed internet, coffee facilities and an iron in the room and the big bed. Favourable, unbeatable location to the near Waltham Cross station.

Quiet relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and courteous. For one night the breakfast buffet is too varied, to try everything at least 5 nights are necessary.

Bathroom obsolete and not 4 stars worthy... Refrigerator in the room was locked lovelessly with a wood screw.

Enjoyed delicious continental breakfasts that included toast with a choice of spread, along with a warm cup of tea ☕️ or coffee.

The hotel offers fantastic food from the nearby Cast Iron Grill in a central location, although the communal eating area could be cleaner.

restaurant staff were not very polite in the morning.

We found the staff extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were really clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have the facilities to make ourselves a drink.We had requested a welcome package which, when it did arrive a little late, was a very good wine and chocolates. The food was excellent with good service.The staff in the spa section were very pleasant and friendly a very relaxing weekend. Great to have air conditioning. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Not enough hotel loungers in the spa area which was a shame as it was a very pleasant area to sit and relax. The wine ordered from the bar was poor quality compared to that served in the restaurant.
